COVID-19 Update

Health Alert - QUEENSLAND

From 12.01am Thursday 21.1.2021, people entering South Australia from the Greater Brisbane Area
will no longer be required to seek COVID-19 testing unless they have symptoms.

If you have travelled to South Australia from the Greater Brisbane area between 5.1.2021 and 20.1.2021 please visit the SA Health website
for information on what you need to do, including if you need to self-isolate, quarantine or get tested.
The Greater Brisbane area includes: Brisbane City, Ipswich City, Logan City, Moreton Bay Regional and Redland City.

Health Alert - NEW SOUTH WALES

From 12.01am Thursday 14.1.2021, people are not permitted to travel to South Australia from the following prohibited locations
unless they are an essential traveller or have an exemption:
Greater Sydney Region (as defined by the Greater Sydney Commission Act 2015 NSW), Central Coast Council (NSW), Wollongong City Council (NSW)

If you have travelled to South Australia from any other location in NSW in the last 14 days, please visit the SA Health website for information on what you need to do,
including if you need to self-isolate, quarantine or get tested

 

Please do not enter Summit Health Centre if you are waiting for a COVID-19 Swab result,  are an 'essential traveller' with symptoms
or self-isolating for any reason. We are happy to help you get the care/scripts you need. For a phone consult with a GP please phone GPcare on 1300 472 273,
for any other assistance please phone Centre Reception on 8406 7700.

Face masks are available at Centre Reception, or when checking into GPcare. Please ask for a mask if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
Symptoms include cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, fever, fatigue, loss of taste or smell.
