COVID-19 Update

Due to South Australia's excellent work in limiting the spread of COVID-19 we are pleased to advise that from Tuesday 9 June
GPcare will be offering both Telehealth (phone consult) and face-to-face appointments.

We will continue to check temperatures and ask a couple of questions on arrival.

For face-to-face appointments we ask that you arrive as close as possible to your appointment time to minimise the number of people in our waiting areas.
Where possible we ask you to come by yourself or with one support person.

If you are booking a face-to-face appointment you will be asked screening questions on the phone
so we can determine how best to manage your visit; to protect our patients, staff and doctors.

If you have a fever, cough, sore throat or runny nose we ask you to advise our staff;
and you will be provided with a face mask to wear for your appointment.

Face-to-face appointments can only be made by phoning GPcare on 1300 472 273;
otherwise for Telehealth consultations book online at

Call 000 if you need urgent medical help.
