DIFL is a lifestyle behaviour change program that targets high risk vulnerable and disadvantaged populations to reduce their modifiable SNAPS risk factors (Smoking, Nutrition, Alcohol, Physical Activity and Stress) known to be directly linked or the cause for developing a chronic disease which may be prevented.
