Salary Packaging

Package up to $15,900 pa (and possibly more) without paying Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT). Due to our charity status we are able to offer our employees up to $15,900 of their salary tax-free. Salary Packaging allows staff to structure their salary in a tax effective way, potentially increasing their take home pay.

Flexible work options

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all employees and their immediate family. It is a confidential, free counselling service and employees can choose between face-to-face or telephone counselling during work hours.
