Salary Packaging

Our not-for-profit status means we can offer our employees up to $15,900 of their salary tax-free. Salary Packaging allows staff to structure their salary in a tax effective way, potentially increasing their take home pay.

The Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees. It is a confidential, free counselling service and employees can choose face-to-face or telephone counselling during or outside of work hours.
