The MBMMHC offers a welcoming, stigma-free environment for people aged 16+ in need of immediate mental health care, support, and guidance. Our walk-in model provides accessible, on-the-spot services delivered by a multidisciplinary team, including people with lived experience and mental health clinicians.

About the Role
As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you’ll be at the heart of our service, ensuring high-quality care and supporting a clinical team committed to making a difference. Your role will include: 

  • Guiding clinical decisions through triage of planned visitor referrals to the Centre. 
  • Coordinating care for visitors and supporting smooth transitions into and out of the Centre.  
  • Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.  
  • Providing brief, crisis interventions like Single Session Therapy & Solution-Focused Therapy. 
  • Supporting service design, ongoing improvement, and clinical education. 

About You
You are: 

  • Experienced in providing mental health interventions to individuals in distress. 
  • Strengths-based in your approach and committed to person-centred care. 
  • Team-oriented and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. 
  • Passionate about making mental health care more accessible and innovative. 
  • Qualified in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
