Salary Packaging

Due to our charity status we are able to offer our employees up to $15,900 of their salary tax-free. Salary Packaging allows staff to structure their salary in a tax effective way, potentially increasing their take home pay.

We offer flexible work practices including part time and job sharing opportunities to help staff meet personal and family needs, as well as those of their team and the organisation.

Learning and Career Development

We recognise the value of continuous learning and encourage staff to update and maintain their skills. We offer options for staff to apply for leave and/or financial assistance for courses relating to their current position or future career.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees and their immediate family. It is a confidential and free, counselling service. Employees can choose between face-to-face or telephone counselling during work hours.
