CONNECTcare Access
CONNECTcare Access is a service for adults and children who are financially disadvantaged and require counselling and support for problems impacting upon their mental health. We support you around mental health problems such as:-
- Depression and anxiety
- Stress
- Work, school and family problems
- Grief and other life issues
- Alcohol and drug problems
- Other mental health conditions
Clients must be on a low income and not able to afford or access a Private Practitioner.
The Summit Health CONNECTcare Access Team is comprised of Psychologists, Mental Health Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses and Mental Health Social Workers.
A range of client-focused strategies are applied including psycho-education, cognitive behavioural therapy and interpersonal therapy.

This is a 24-hour telephone triage service staffed by mental health clinicians. Anyone can call this number for advice and guidance.
