Join us for this highly requested education session for Practice Managers and Practice Staff on ‘Dealing with difficult patients and complaints’.
Presented by Angela Mason-Lynch, Avant Risk Manager.
With extensive experience managing practices of various disciplines and sizes, Angela will cover the following aspects during this session:
- Strategies for managing difficult patients and their families
- Controlling an abusive and threatening patient in the reception area
- Responding to a patient complaint
- Resolving complaints

- How to calm an abusive patient
- The correct method to resolving disputes with difficult patients
- Tips for staff behaviour that may reduce the threat of a difficult patient
