Lynda has more than 20 years’ experience assisting people with mental health, substance use, grief, loss and trauma.

Lynda also has experience working in private practice (including Telehealth) with a diverse range of clients. She provides services to clients of all ages from 12+ years.

Lynda is trained in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and family and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Fees

  • Individual $165 per 1 hour session
  • Couples & Families $220 first session for 1.5 hours & $180 subsequent 1 hour sessions
  • No Medicare rebate applicable
  • NDIS clients – NDIS fee schedule applies
  • RTWSA client – RTWSA fee schedule applies
