She has a strong interest in trauma-related issues and is adept at recognising how past traumatic experiences influence present-day emotional states, self-perception, and interpersonal relationships.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): A structured approach that combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with mindfulness strategies to promote emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
Gottman Method Relationship Counselling: Assists couples to improve communication and manage conflict and increase intimacy, respect and affection.
