Professional Profile
A/Prof Lewis graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1987. After completing his internship and basic physician training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, A/Prof Lewis trained in haematology at the Institute of Medical and Veterinary Science and the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Following successful completion of a PhD, he undertook a Fellowship in Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the University of Minnesota.
A/Prof Lewis is currently the Vice President of the Haematology Society of Australia & New Zealand. A/Prof Lewis is a Clinical Associate Professor within the Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Adelaide. He has published widely on various aspects of fundamental and applied haematological research.
