The Services Directory is an online platform that has been developed by Focus One Health and is funded by Country SA PHN.
Regional South Australian communities can use the Directory to access current information about health, community and support services in their region.
The Directory also has online resources and telephone services listed to assist people to find the right service, at the right time, to meet their needs. There are no fees involved for organisations to list their services.
Summit Health has sought input from health services in the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island regions to develop Directories for those areas.
