Joshua is an experienced Adelaide trained physiotherapist who has spent a number of years working overseas in Britain and Germany and has recently returned to the Hills. Amongst other things he has worked extensively with the British Military rehabilitating injured personnel with access to the some of the latest rehabilitation equipment and techniques.

This also allowed him to work alongside sports physicians and orthopaedic surgeons and gain knowledge and skills from their expertise. Josh is an experienced manual therapist and combines this approach with biomechanical analysis and appropriate exercises to ensure optimum recovery and prevention of further injury.

He is a keen sportsman himself and is passionate about exercise, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Matthew Ash

Matthew attained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Uni SA in 2003. Since then he has gained extensive experience working within rehabilitation in NSW, with particular interest in orthopaedics, spinal surgery and chronic pain management. He is a passionate therapist who combines a balance of manual therapy, education and individualised exercise prescription to empower his clients to achieve optimum recovery and long term health outcomes.

Paige graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia in 2022.

Paige is passionate about working alongside her clients to achieve their goals. She believes in a holistic approach paired with education, exercise and hands-on modalities. She also thoroughly enjoys building positive relationships with clients so that they can feel confident and comfortable in their treatment and movement.

Outside of Physiotherapy, Paige is very involved in a local netball club and association where she plays, coaches and umpires. Having grown up in the Adelaide Hills she enjoys spending time outdoors and catching up with family and friends including her young nephew and niece.

Rashmi graduated from DY Patil Medical University in 2019 from India. She has worked with various charitable organisations and multiple football/ cricket tournaments as a Physiotherapist while working in a private clinic setting for 3 years.

Rashmi came to Adelaide in 2022, with her interest in sports and completed her Masters in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy Sports from University of South Australia.

Rashmi is enthusiastic and committed to getting patients back to their goals. Rashmi is a high spirited individual and optimistic about her goals and aims to achieve to be the best for her patients.

She loves to travel and play sports.

Mitchel Pearse

Mitchel graduated from the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia in 2023. While studying, he practiced as a Remedial Massage Therapist and worked with a variety of clients ranging from every day people to elite athletes.
He is passionate about finding the right treatment approach for individual each client and returning them to the things that make them tick. This means learning new skills and combining manual therapy modalities, exercise, and education to help people achieve their goals.
Outside of physiotherapy, Mitchel enjoys spending time with his dogs, playing football, running, strength training, and camping (preferably with the dogs).

Cooper Bishop

Professional Profile

Cooper is a passionate physiotherapist who truly believes movement is medicine. His goal is to help clients find confidence with their bodies, and guide them to the return of their normal/improved function through hands on treatment, and exercise prescription.

Cooper loves to get in the gym himself, and has experience with strength training, conditioning and a keen passion for return to sport physiotherapy.

In his free time, Cooper enjoys getting outside and running, and stopping off to a cafe for a coffee and a cake. He shares the lived experience of rehabilitating through pain and injury, and bullet-proofing his body for future injuries. He also has a background in basketball, and a particular interest in court-based sports, and lower limb injuries and pain.

She believes in combining an active approach, providing education and using hands on modalities to create an individualised treatment plan for clients to reach achieve their physical and functional goals.

Fees & Rebates

Physiotherapy referral is encouraged using an Enhanced Primary Care Plan from a GP .   Alternatively  private patients can claim using their private health insurance.
