Formerly known as the RN Delegation of Care Program (RNDCP), Encompass supports children and young people from birth to 18 years with complex health needs and disability to safely access community services such as pre-school, school, out of school hours care, childcare, community access programs, short-term accommodation and in-home supports.
While our name may have changed, our great team and the quality care we provide has not.
We also support young people aged up to 24 years as they transition to adult health services.
Service Overview
The Encompass program within the Women’s and Children’s Health Network is a specialised, community-based nursing service designed to support children and young people with complex medical and disability-related needs. Rather than delivering care only in hospital settings, Encompass enables these children to safely participate in everyday environments such as school, childcare, home, and community activities.
